Provides transitional housing services to homeless Veterans or Veterans who are at-risk of becoming homeless.
Recovery housing has four levels of care, of which OLPH will provide a level 2 monitored recovery residence. This means we have a house manager on site, peer run groups, regular drug screenings, house meetings, and all are involved in self-help and/or treatment services.
Families Forward is a housing program for families experiencing homelessness, or in threat of eviction. At this time, program limited to just a few families each year.
Provides a transitional housing/shelter.
Transitional Living Program (TLP): Provides on-site apartment living with life skills instruction, employment preparation, and assistance in attaining high school diploma and HI-SET program.
GPD Program (Grant Per Diem): Provides transitional housing, assistance with accessing community and Veterans Affairs resources, case management and dental benefits.
Families can reside in a single-family home for up to four years while working with a case worker to set goals. Families have access to numerous community resources such as child care, life skills training, tutoring and other educational services, as well as recreational and community service opportunities.
Positive Directions: Transitional housing and day center for men and women who are HIV+ positive. Nursing, occupational therapy, case management and substance abuse counseling provided.
Provides transitional housing for families who are homeless; maximum length two years and includes case management services.
Emergency and transitional shelter facility for homeless Veterans. Shelter space available also reserved for female Veterans, and Veterans with families. Is also a referral source for homeless prevention and rapid re-housing for at risk Veterans. Also has employment/job readiness program for Veterans.
Transitional Housing for Homeless Men with HIV/AIDS: Services includes temporary housing, counseling, groups to include increased access to job opportunities, resume writing, hygiene kits, food access, transportation to and from doctor, prescription pickup and referrals. Serves 25-30 men with AIDS/HIV a year.
Offering not just shelter, but a path forward. Located at Freedom Place, this transitional living program provides 47 apartments designed specifically for veterans navigating the complexities of trauma, homelessness, and rebuilding their lives.
Seven transitional homes for one family at a time for 4-6 months.
Provides shelter for women and families who are homeless to help them get into a home of their own, and equip them with the tools needed to prevent them from becoming homeless again.
The Family Enrichment Center provides transitional housing for single females and families that are homeless. The Harbor House provides emergency shelter for men who are homeless.
Provides transitional housing for victims seeking to establish new violence-free living arrangements. Capacity is limited.

Coach House Transitional Housing for Women is a program transitioning women in recovery to freedom found in Christ. Women live in the house as they work through program to greater independence.
Participants and their children live in Almost Home's transitional living facility and are expected to attend school, counseling, life skills classes and parenting classes. Participants may stay in the program for up to 24 months and beyond.

Rapid Re-Housing: Program assisting with housing needs for homeless individuals and families with children.
Stone County Recovery Housing Program offers a safe and clean environment that enables individuals to transition to and maintain long-term recovery.
Transitional housing for men who are homeless and mentally ill. Services include nursing, occupational therapy, substance abuse counseling and more.
Rosati IRTS is a housing program, where clients are referred through BJC Behavioral health and / or CMH in St. Louis City or county. Assist clients with ongoing housing support, who have Mental health diagnoses and ( or) Substance use history. Clients for this program are deemed needing daily on site supports and interventions surrounding medication management, life skills assistance, and basic ADL assistance. Supportive housing and wrap around services are provided to clients.
Offers group homes and supported living apartments to teens and young adults age 16-20 years old who are experiencing homelessness. Provides an opportunity to learn independent living skills, to work towards education and employment goals, and become self-efficient.
Transitional living facility for homeless veterans. Provides housing for up to 26 veterans for a maximum of two years. Working closely with the Department of Veterans Affairs to ensure that all Veterans seeking services are eligible for the program.
