Transitional Housing/Shelter | Almost Home

Participants and their children live in Almost Home's transitional living facility and are expected to attend school, counseling, life skills classes and parenting classes. Participants may stay in the program for up to 24 months and beyond.

Almost Home provides transitional housing and support services to low-income, pregnant or parenting single mothers ages 16-21 years and their children.
