Provides assistance to the homeless, indigent or transient. Services include food pantry, child and adult care food program, congregate meals/nutrition site, summer food service program, extreme weather shelter, rent payment assistance, transitional housing/shelter, school supplies, prescription expense assistance, family support center/outreach, Christmas baskets, Christmas meals, Thanksgiving meals, day camps, youth enrichment programs, recovery home/halfway house, senior center, extreme heat cooling center, and extreme cold warming center.
