Beyond School is an expanded learning opportunity that provides students at partner schools with academic support, social/emotional learning, mentoring, and enrichment opportunities.

Information & Assistance: provides information, assistance, or referrals for seniors, persons with disabilities, and their family caregivers for benefits and services.

Provides and manages income-based housing for eligible families with children, the disabled, those aged 62 and over or in some cases aged 55 and over.

This program helps detect breast & cervical cancers in their earliest stages when they are easiest to treat. Free mammograms & pap tests will be provided to women who meet income and age requirements. Other services for women are offered at this sight.

Outreach Therapy Program: Language therapy provided to children within his/her day-to-day environment. School and organizations program evaluations and training are given for teachers and staff enabling them to best support children with disabilities.

This program aids in the application process for Consumer Directed Services Program or CDS Program is for persons with disabilities who need help with personal and daily activities including bathing, toileting, shopping, grooming and meals. The CDS Program helps individuals with disabilities live an independent lifestyle. The program pays for eligible Consumers to hire their own personal care attendant. The attendant can be a family member or friend. A spouse is not eligible to be an attendant. Each attendant is required to have a clean background check and register with the Family Care Registry. The CDS program is based on the independent living philosophy. Consumers in the program have control over hiring their own attendants and all other aspects of being an employer. Assistance and training is provided by the CDS Coordinator as needed.

LIVESTRONG at the YMCA: Wellness coaches trained in the elements of cancer, post rehab exercise and supportive cancer care, work with each participant to help build muscle mass and strength, increase flexibility and endurance, improve day-to-day life, reduce the severity of therapy side effects, prevent unwanted weight changes, improve energy levels and self esteem.

A nationally certified Child Passenger Safety Technician assists parents/caregivers in the proper selection and installation of car seats and booster seats.

Provides confidential, one-on-one evaluations, matching seniors with eligible benefits, such as Medicaid, SSI, food stamps, Qualified Medicare Beneficiary, and Veterans benefits; assistance is also given with making application for these benefits.

Provides assistance with prescriptions to individuals in need or experiencing a financial hardship/crisis.

Providing cooling site during extreme heat emergencies.

Provide quarters, soap and dryer sheets for individuals to wash their laundry for free.
