Internal medicine specialists treat a wide range of health conditions in adults including acute illnesses, such as colds, flu and abdominal pain, chronic conditions, such as asthma, diabetes, high blood pressure or obesity, age-related conditions such as Alzheimer's disease, dementia or arthritis.

The Division of Comprehensive Psychiatric Services divides Missouri into 25 service areas. Risk Education: A 10-hour education program for DUI offenders where offenders are educated on Breath Alcohol Concentration, Illinois laws and consequences, choices/changes, and the effects of drugs on brain and body. The class consists of four sessions, each two and half hours long.

Services include: CSTAR, women's substance abuse treatment, speakers bureau, behavioral healthcare unit, outpatient services, community support, women & children comprehensive substance treatment and rehabilitation, community and court services program. Kennett office offers inpatient treatment program.

Provides adult probation services to individuals age 18 years and under in Calhoun County, Illinois.

Provides counseling to expectant parents.

Pregnancy screening provided to eligible females.

Program provides reproductive health care to women of child-bearing age. Services include: birth control methods, pregnancy testing, complete physical exams, Pap smears, breast exams, screening for anemia, cholesterol, diabetes and bladder infections, screening and treatment for sexually transmitted diseases and vaginal infections, education and referral for HIV testing, and sexuality education.

Accepts a wide variety of donations that are not in need of repair; donations may be sold to raise money for programs; donation pick-up can be arranged; call for details.

In partnership with Merrell University, Haircut vouchers are available to children placed in foster care or adoptive families.

Immunizations for children are provided.

Parent Aide and Assistance Services: Help parents increase awareness of child development and build empathy toward children to foster nurturing behavior. Parent aides model the skills necessary to help parents effectively raise their children in a healthy atmosphere.

As Foster Grandparents, senior men and women volunteer as mentors and tutors to children who have exceptional and special needs. These seniors serve in childcare centers, Head Start centers, state-supported facilities, public and private schools, and home settings.

Provides free legal representation to low income clients in a number of civil legal problems; criminal defense representation is not provided; they handle cases involving public benefits, housing, unemployment compensation, family, consumer, education, employment, health and other matters.

Primary Care: Family practice care provided. Funded by a federal grant from U.S. Dept. of Health and Human Services.
