Prescription Drug Program: Working with Rx Outreach provides a 90 to 180 day renewable prescription is submitted through our 143 participating parish conferences, based on prescriptions written by physician, clinic or hospital. Vouchers are mailed and Rx is mailed to clients.

Congregate meal and home-delivery of hot meals at 12:00pm (Noon) Monday-Friday; microwaveable frozen meals are also available for evenings and weekends.

Family Dental Health Services: Dental services provided to all St. Louis County residents who have children.

Veterans GPD Case Management Program: Provides case management services to Veterans who have moved into permanent housing and require additional services in order to remain stably housed.
