CSBG Dental Voucher Program: Provides vouchers to eligible individuals to obtain dental assistance for emergency illnesses.

Each participating household receives an allotment of food benefits based on the USDA�s �Thrifty Food Plan�. This allotment is adjusted annually according to the U. S. Department of Labor�s analysis of the cost of food. Missouri Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) is the method by which households receive and use food stamp benefits. Households may use their Missouri EBT card in any grocery store or retail location anywhere in the United States that has been authorized by the USDA Food and Nutrition Service and displays the Quest� sign. The benefits may be used to purchase any food or food products prepared for human consumption except alcoholic beverages and tobacco, hot foods, or foods prepared for immediate consumption. Benefits may also be used to buy seeds and plants for use in gardens to produce food for the personal consumption of the household. Under certain conditions, members of the eligible households who are 60 years of age or older may use the benefits to pay for home delivered meals and other meals prepared for elderly persons.

Provides batterer's intervention and domestic violence prevention classes.

Provides door-to-door transportation to sheltered workshops and day programs for individuals with developmental disabilities who are unable to use public transportation.

Community-Based Services: An early prevention therapy program for youth and their families to resolve emotional, behavioral, and relationship issues that create barriers to success at home and school. Therapists conduct an assessment to identify key issues and concerns to develop a treatment plan that involves individual therapy for the child and family therapy sessions.

Provides education and information to homeowners who need to hire a contractor and/or have a home improvement projects to reduce fraud and being taken advantage of.

Serve as the point of entry for clients eligible for services funded through the Missouri Department of Mental Health. Offers early intervention services, psychiatric outpatient services through Comprehensive Children's Services and Adult Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services based on an individual's treatment plan.

Provides psychiatric rehabilitation treatment strategies to help individuals stabilize their clinical status, increase their ability to function within their environment with as little ongoing professional intervention as possible, and improve their overall quality of life.

Medical center provides outpatient medical services for veterans. Also, includes care for spinal cord injury.

Provides nutrition counseling and diet planning for adult and pediatric patients. Weight loss counseling is provided with a focus on safe eating and exercise habits.

Provides monitoring of diabetes, high blood pressure and other chronic diseases.

Intensive outpatient program (IOP): Combines group therapy with in-person medication management to help child/adolescent regain stability and confidence. Services such as adolescent-centered care, medication management, personalized treatment, and more are offered within the program.

Provides play therapy for victims of violent or sexual crimes.

Provides hearing screening services for students in preschool, kindergarten, grades 1, 2, and 3.

Offers MAT services through therapy and prescription medication to help patients stop using opioids and begin building a foundation for long-term recovery.

Delivers hot meals to home-bound individuals.

Provides counseling and educational services to those who have had an alcohol or drug related traffic offense.

Vital Records - Death Certificates: Provides certified copies of death certificates.

Utility Assistance - Provides heating fuel payment assistance to individuals in need.

Temporary Assistance for Needy Families: Provides benefits to families with needy children (due to death, desertion, mental, physical problems or unemployment).

This program helps detect breast & cervical cancers in their earliest stages when they are easiest to treat. Free mammograms & pap tests will be provided to women who meet income and age requirements. Other services for women are offered at this sight.

Offers Health Insurance Premium Assistance through the family support Division which determines client eligibility for the MO HealthNet program: the MO HealthNet Division administers the MO HealthNet program including establishment of benefit coverage, rates, and claims processing.

ITCD (Integrated Treatment for Co-Occurring Disorders) and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) Programs: Provides support groups for people diagnosed with disabilities, illnesses or other health conditions, their families and friends. Topics may include trauma, mental health, opioid use, etc.
