Known as "Teen Club" this is an after-school program that builds confidence and socialization skills in a safe and supportive environment. Activities include cooking, crafts, field trips, science experiments, outside activities and more. Teen Club is offered in five school districts: St. Charles, Francis Howell, Fort Zumwalt, Wentzville and Boonslick State School. Transportation is provided by school districts to Teen Club site but parents/caregivers are responsible for pick up. Snacks are provided to enrolled students.

The purpose of the MO HealthNet program is to provide medical services to persons who meet certain eligibility requirements as determined by FSD. The goals of the MO HealthNet program are to promote good health, to prevent illness and premature death, to correct or limit disability, to treat illness, and to provide rehabilitation to persons with disabilities. Eligible persons receive a "MO HealthNet Identification Card" or a letter from the local FSD office. The Family Support Division (FSD) determines client eligibility for the MO HealthNet program: the MO HealthNet Division administers the MO HealthNet program including establishment of benefit coverage, rates, claims processing, and all other aspects of daily operations.
