The purpose of the MO HealthNet program is to provide medical services to persons who meet certain eligibility requirements as determined by FSD. The goals of the MO HealthNet program are to promote good health, to prevent illness and premature death, to correct or limit disability, to treat illness, and to provide rehabilitation to persons with disabilities. Eligible persons receive a "MO HealthNet Identification Card" or a letter from the local FSD office. The Family Support Division (FSD) determines client eligibility for the MO HealthNet program: the MO HealthNet Division administers the MO HealthNet program including establishment of benefit coverage, rates, claims processing, and all other aspects of daily operations.

Offers the evaluation of the child's needs prior to placement, and arrangements for care of the child prior to the child's adoptive placement and to the approval of the adoptive family. Also, special activities are provided to help adoptive parents and children adjust to the new family situation.

Individual therapy provided to explore and address individual personal difficulties. This type of therapy is helpful in treating of variety of problems such as depression, anxiety, grief, substance abuse, stress and coping difficulties, eating problems, difficulties with problem solving and decision making, problematic anger, sleep problems, sexual problems, difficulty adjusting to changes in their life circumstances and difficulties in relationship with other people in their life.

Employment support provides assistance with resume creation, interview preparation, job searching, and finding job training is available. CFNA partners with agencies such as the International Institute and Caring Ministries in the City to implement this ministry.

Provides in home supports to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to those living independently. Services may include money management, shopping, doctor appointments, etc. Hours will vary depending on case.

Home Delivered Meals Program: those who are homebound and 60 years and older can call to schedule meal delivery.
