General medical care for infants

Offers in-class training in St. Charles and Lincoln counties to assist students with disabilities who will soon be transitioning from a school to a work. Will work with individuals to determine what supports and services might be needed and if necessary will refer to other organizations for additional help. Also helps to identify barriers and implement solutions to facilitate the transition from school to work.

Parents who are seeking to regain custody of their children, or who are in need of supervised visitation with their children, may access the services of the Children's Division through a court order from the county/state of the custody's jurisdiction. Visitation will be arranged per the conditions of the court order. These services are also available to families who are involved in child abuse/neglect investigations and subsequent court rulings.

Serves as a sober living home that connects individuals who are experiencing alcohol addiction. **ST. LOUIS LOCATION WILL BE GIVEN TO INDIVIDUAL AFTER PHONE ASSESMENT**

Provides Personal Care Attendants and In-Home Nurse visits. Also provides assistance with medication setups, vital sign monitoring, diabetic nail care, skin monitoring, and various personal care tasks and more.

Assists residents with insulin injections, medication administration, monthly IM injections, ophthalmologist, podiatrist, primary care physician, psychiatrist, x-rays and lab work, nursing care, laundry, pharmacy, planned activities and therapeutic diets.

Focuses on delivering high-quality child development services to children from low-income families.

Provides a dignified final resting place for those who have served in armed forces. Benefits includes grave space, opening and closing of the grave, grave liner, upright granite headstone, perpetual care and full military honors.

Provides medication-assisted opiate addiction long-term treatment which includes physician, lab, and testing for physical and mental disorders and referrals, if needed.

Sexual Transmitted Disease Referral Service: Referral services for diagnosis and treatment of STD provided to local practitioners. Also, counseling and partner notification services provided to individuals for all STD's.

This program provides healthcare coverage for children under 19 years of age whose family income falls within certain guidelines.

Provides nutrition education and counseling for prenatal and pregnant women, including breastfeeding education and support and food packages for families with children under age five.
