Parents as Teachers is a free parental support and educational program through Fayette Public schools.

The purpose of the MO HealthNet program is to provide medical services to persons who meet certain eligibility requirements as determined by FSD. The goals of the MO HealthNet program are to promote good health, to prevent illness and premature death, to correct or limit disability, to treat illness, and to provide rehabilitation to persons with disabilities. Eligible persons receive a "MO HealthNet Identification Card" or a letter from the local FSD office. The Family Support Division (FSD) determines client eligibility for the MO HealthNet program: the MO HealthNet Division administers the MO HealthNet program including establishment of benefit coverage, rates, claims processing, and all other aspects of daily operations.

Health screenings are provided for the following: Cardiovascular, Sexually Transmitted Diseases and HIV, Diabetes, Lead, and tuberculosis. Other screenings available upon request.

Provides substance use disorder outpatient treatment for individuals to assist in preventing relapse and provide a continuous care program.

Diagnosing and treating acute and chronic diseases that are common to infants, children and adolescents.

Certified birth and death certificates can be obtained on a daily basis if the event happened in the State of Missouri.

Provides onsite health care services and programs to help businesses and organizations manage their own health care costs while providing healthy choices for their employees. The service also includes a 40-ft. mobile health bus on which mammograms, EKGs, hearing tests, and wellness physicals are offered.

Provides food items to those in need.

Provides intensive rehabilitative services, include speech therapy.

Provides craft activities and support for people with disabilities.

Treats a wide range of non-surgical orthopedic issues, such as osteoarthritis, sprains and strains, and fractures.

Board-certified faculty physicians provide general dermatological care and subspecialty care, including dermatologic surgery and pediatric dermatology. Physicians treat all conditions associated with the skin, including skin cancer, psoriasis, hypersensitivity disorders, acne and blistering diseases.

Serving as a cooling center. Offers a cooling site for individuals during declared heat emergencies.

Provides diapers and other necessities for Shell Knob in Missouri, children who have special needs or circumstances.

Prescription Drug Program: Working with Rx Outreach provides a 90 to 180 day renewable prescription is submitted through our 143 participating parish conferences, based on prescriptions written by physician, clinic or hospital. Vouchers are mailed and Rx is mailed to clients.

Provides hot meals on site to provide mental wellbeing and spiritual care. Operates out of the parking lot at 4950 Fountain Avenue, located at the south border of the old Centennial Church Building.
