General health care for infants, children and adolescents.

Senior Box Program (Commodity Supplemental Food Program) Provides boxes of nutrient-rich foods to low-income seniors 60 yrs and older.

The Children's Division Child Abuse and Neglect Hotline Unit (CA/NHU) accepts confidential reports of suspected child abuse, neglect, or exploitation. Reports are received through a toll-free telephone line which is answered seven days a week, 24 hours a day. Any person may report, and anonymous reports are accepted from individuals who are not mandated by occupation to report. Calls of concern can be made to each county office. Instructions may be given for the reporter to call the toll free number of the CA/NHU for the call to be made into a formal report.

General health care needs focused on women's health and pregnancy are provided.

Offers onsite training in the areas of parenting classes, conflict in the workplace, signs of abuse and actions to take, involuntary commitments, crisis interventions, managing difficult behaviors and signs of child abuse.

MO HealthNet (Medicaid) Program: Provides medical services to persons who meet certain eligibility requirements as determined by FSD. MO HealthNet Division administers the MO HealthNet program including establishment of benefit coverage, rates, claims processing, and all other aspects of daily operations.

Provides emergency shelter for homeless, pregnant women aged 18 and older and their dependent children. Services may include counseling, social activities, parenting education, and referrals to medical care.

• LIHEAP: Beginning November 1, elderly, age 60 years and older and/or disabled household member, who may also be disconnected or under imminent threat to be disconnected from their electric service may apply for assistance.
• Beginning November 1, households with children under the age of six years and households who are disconnected or have a disconnected notice from their electric service may apply for assistance.
• General public can apply for assistance starting December 1 through May 31, or until funds are depleted whichever comes first.

Delivery of meals to frail, homebound elderly. Meals are generally frozen and 7 days of meals are delivered once a week. In some cases up to two meals per each day. CAPACITY Through the use of frozen meals, can provide service for seven days a week and up to two meals per day.
