• Community Supports for Independence Program: Begins with an independent living skills assessment that allows the team to customize supports to increase skills in areas of need. Goal of the program is to support the participants with achieving their goal to live independently within two years. The program allows individuals with developmental disabilities the opportunity to gain skills and build their natural supports over the course of two years.

• Transitional In-Home Program: Serves individuals who have acquired brain injury or head trauma after the age of 22 years. Participants are assigned to a service coordinator through the Department of Health. The service includes training and practice with activities related to daily living and maintenance of a household.

Referrals for ongoing care and direct admission into other campus programs will be available.

Provides comprehensive year-round youth development programs, enabling development of self-esteem, self-confidence and ethical decision-making abilities and helping youth reach their full life's potential. Venturing programs are co-ed and are delivered through a collaborative effort of Council professional staff, volunteers, parents, and partner organizations. Venturing programs allow registered youth to participate in outdoor activities such as kayaking, ziplining, climbing, scuba, etc. Scouts BSA programs are delivered through a collaborative effort of Council professional and clerical staff, volunteers, parents, and partner organizations. Services include the following, youth and volunteer training, age-specific camping programs, and leadership skills training and mentoring. Scouts can work on over 100 merit badges. The highest rank is Eagle Scout. The Scouts BSA program runs on a Patrol method with youth leadership, adults take advisory/training roles.

Offers art programs for all ages. Arts for All - Demonstration and participation in art techniques designed for persons with or without disabilities. The equipment attaches to a wheel chair, but can be used without one to produce a floor-size mural in tempera paint on paper. Children's Art Festival - Each spring, this program involves over 1,600 third through sixth grade students. Summer classes - designed to offer children experiences not available in the current school curriculum.

Offers Health Insurance Premium Assistance through the family support Division which determines client eligibility for the MO HealthNet program: the MO HealthNet Division administers the MO HealthNet program including establishment of benefit coverage, rates, and claims processing.

Congregate meal and home-delivery of hot meals at 12:00pm (Noon) Monday-Friday; microwaveable frozen meals are also available for evenings and weekends.

Parenting class that explores families strengths and finds ways to build on them.

Utility Assistance: Provides assistance to low-income individuals for gas bill assistance. Partial payments are made to avoid utility cut-offs.

Individuals who are unable to manage the home care for themselves are assisted by a trained homemaker who assists with tidying and dusting the home, cleaning kitchen counters, cupboards and appliances, washing dishes, laundering, ironing and mending clothes, sweeping and/or vacuuming and mopping floors, bagging trash inside the home and putting it out for pick up and performing essential errands.

Provides colposcopy health screening tests.

Tickets provided to the Muny Opera and St. Louis Symphony for individuals who are blind or visually impaired.

Vocational Rehabilitation Program: Provides assistance, such as post secondary education, job skills training, adaptive equipment, computer technology and job retention services for persons who are blind or visually impaired; Placement services available.
