The purpose of the MO HealthNet program is to provide medical services to persons who meet certain eligibility requirements as determined by FSD. The goals of the MO HealthNet program are to promote good health, to prevent illness and premature death, to correct or limit disability, to treat illness, and to provide rehabilitation to persons with disabilities. Eligible persons receive a "MO HealthNet Identification Card" or a letter from the local FSD office. The Family Support Division (FSD) determines client eligibility for the MO HealthNet program: the MO HealthNet Division administers the MO HealthNet program including establishment of benefit coverage, rates, claims processing, and all other aspects of daily operations.

Health screenings are provided for the following: Cardiovascular, Sexually Transmitted Diseases and HIV, Diabetes, Lead, and tuberculosis. Other screenings available upon request.

Rural health clinic providing various health services.

Pathways provides comprehensive mental health and substance abuse treatment and prevention services to pre-adolescent children through older adult populations. Also provides mental health diagnostic screenings.

MoRx is a prescription drug program that provides additional assistance for prescription drug costs to Missourians in need.

Public middle school for 6th through 8th grades.

Provides assessment of individual to determine extent of disability and evaluates to determine types of work best suited to the individual.

Provides recreational opportunities for individuals of all ages. Activities includes sports leagues and instruction, dance, drama, and art classes, senior citizen trips, youth day camps, aquatics, etc. Program and trip scholarships available for city residents unable to afford participation fees.

Food vouchers are given which are used at 8 area church food pantries. GRACE takes applications, screens applicants and makes appointments for food pick up at one of the food pantries. ONLY for clients in the Rolla, Edgar Springs and Newburg School Districts.

Provides general psychiatry services for individuals with a mental or psychiatric diagnosis. Services include diagnostic work-up, therapy, education, medications and more.

Specialized treatment programs for person who suffer from co-occurring psychiatric and substance abuse problems.
