Kennett office offers inpatient treatment program.

Utility Assistance: Provides assistance to low-income individuals for water bill assistance. Partial payments are made to avoid utility cut-offs. No direct assistance will be given. Callers will be referred to programs in their vicinity.

The Stephen A. Orthwein Center: A fully accessible community-based health and wellness facility and is staffed by Adaptive Exercise Specialists. We offer group classes, specialized equipment, and 1:1 training.

A non-profit thrift store that operates on donations from the community which are sold at yard sale prices. Proceeds go to support the Community Partnerships programs.

Respite Services: Temporary care for children with disabilities to relieve stress to families. Respite services may be provided for vacation, rest, errands, family crisis or emergency.

Provides various arts and crafts activities and exercise groups and equipment.

Provides outpatient counseling services to adults, adolescents and children. Other services include crisis intervention services, psychiatric services, community rehabilitation center, Louis Masterman Center, Independent living apartments, psychosocial rehabilitation program, targeted case management, in-home services, children's services, EAP Program and educational services.

The Winter Heating Energy Assistance Program (EA) runs from October - May and provides a one-time payment for assistance with winter heating costs for low-income households (based on household size and income). The Energy Crisis Intervention Program (ECIP) provides utility assistance and relief for eligible households to alleviate energy-related crises. The winter program runs from October - May and the summer cooling program runs from June - September.
