The Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP) works to improve the health of low-income persons at least 60 years of age by supplementing their diets with nutritious USDA Foods provided by the St. Louis Area Foodbank.

Serves as the mayors office for the City of New Baden in Illinois

Provides complete range of library services which includes books, compact discs, dvd's, bookmobiles, etc., summer reading club, story time and various other programs for children.

Assistance in preparing Property Tax Rebate (partial or full rebate on paid real estate taxes) forms.

A supplemental nutritional program offered to pregnant and breastfeeding mothers, infants, and children up to the age of 5.

Sexual Health and Disability Education (SHADE): Offers individual and small group classes on friendships, dating and sexuality to individuals with developmental disabilities. Topics covered include: Feelings; Unhealthy/Health relationships; Public vs private; Starting, staying in and ending relationships; Sexuality and sexual health; Conflicts in relationships; Boundaries; Birth control; Sexually transmitted infections; Sexual decision making.

Interpretation and Translation Services: Missouri Certified Interpreter Agency offering translation and interpretation services.

The Missouri Board of Probation and Parole, as an essential part of the criminal justice system, is to provide for the professional assessment and release of offenders and their supervision in the community, using appropriate treatment, sanctions, and controls, with the primary consideration being promotion of public safety.

Provides free legal representation to low income clients in a number of civil legal problems; criminal defense representation is not provided; they handle cases involving public benefits, housing, unemployment compensation, family, consumer, education, employment, health and other matters.

Provide a wide variety of services, from home health visits to health issue counseling, birth/death certificates, immunization clinics to blood pressure and blood sugar screenings, to Well Baby Clinics, restaurant inspections, bioterrorism and emergency planning, well water testing, on-site sewer appraisals and permitting, and communicable disease investigation and more.

Provides financial assistance to eligible railroad worker retirees.
