OTHER FUNDING SOURCE Provides payments toward electric bills.

Provides a food pantry.

Provides childhood and adult immunizations and flu shots.

Provides classes and educational courses in life saving techniques, including First Aid Safety training.

Provides Section 8 Housing Choice vouchers that enable income-eligible families to find and lease approved privately owned housing where the landlord has agreed to enter into a contract with the housing authority and/or finance agency.

Pays monthly cash survivors insurance benefits to eligible dependents of deceased workers.

Home Ownership Counseling: Provides counseling to prospective homeowners on the purchasing of a home.

Supported employment services may be available for individuals who are blind or visually impaired that require on-the-job supervision. A vocational rehab counselor will work with individuals to determine eligibility for services.

Health screenings are provided for the following: Cardiovascular, Sexually Transmitted Diseases and HIV, Diabetes, Lead, and tuberculosis. Other screenings available upon request.

Provides Hepatitis screening tests.

Member based program providing various activities to children and youth. Programs are offered in character and leadership development, education and career development, health and life skills, arts, sports, fitness and recreation.

Women are eligible for: -Must be uninsured -Approved methods of contraception -STD testing and treatment, including pap tests and pelvic exams -Family planning, counseling, and birth control education -Drugs, supplies or devices for above services

Advocates for safe streets, sidewalks, protected bike lanes, and transit services.

Offers short term emergency shelter for men, usually a one night stay every 30 days unless he is enrolled in their Christ Life Program. When enrolled in the Christ Life Program, client will be put in Bible Study and a work program. Not equipped to administer medications.

Assists business start-ups and helps businesses remain competitive and prosperous.

Certified birth and death certificates can be obtained on a daily basis if the event happened in the State of Missouri.

Provides an on the job coach and instruction to individuals with autism spectrum disorder, in order to promote success within community employment. Coach is able to provide support and informal training to the employer and natural supports within the job site.

Provides various arts and crafts activities and exercise groups and equipment.

Provides and manages income-based housing for eligible families with children, the disabled, those aged 62 and over or in some cases aged 55 and over.

Turning Point provides a physical mailing address and proof of residency for individuals to access other services.

Loans made by USDA Rural Development to low and very low income applicants to buy, build or repair homes--payments may be subsidized.

Providing an after school program

Provides programs that evaluate an individual's capacity for self-care and his or her ability to function independently in the context of everyday living and which, where necessary, may recommend rehabilitative services (e.g., independent living skills instruction), supportive services (e.g., attendant care, personal care or home health care), or an alternative residential setting (e.g., an assisted living center or nursing facility).

Provides assistive equipment such as tub transfer benches, raised toilet seats and grab bars.
