The Children's Division Child Abuse and Neglect Hotline Unit (CA/NHU) accepts confidential reports of suspected child abuse, neglect, or exploitation. Reports are received through a toll-free telephone line which is answered seven days a week, 24 hours a day. Any person may report, and anonymous reports are accepted from individuals who are not mandated by occupation to report. Calls of concern can be made to each county office. Instructions may be given for the reporter to call the toll free number of the CA/NHU for the call to be made into a formal report.

Accepts a wide range of computer donations that are in working condition and not in need of repair and donations may be sold as a way to earn money for the organization.

Each County Outreach office offers life skills classes covering budgeting.

Adoption: Provides adoption services such as birth parent services, domestic and international home studies, and more. LCFS' experienced and knowledgeable team will assist you through every step of your adoption journey. Each adoptive family has an adoption specialist who provides support and guidance before, during and after the adoption.
