Consumer Directed Service: A Medicaid based program which provides attendant services to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to live independently in their home. Participants hire their own attendants to assist them with daily tasks, such as bathing, toileting, obtaining medication, meal preparation/cleanup, housekeeping, laundry and essential tranportation.

Offers various health or disability related support groups to those with health or disability related issues.

Serves as the city/town clerk office of St. John in St. Louis, Missouri.

Provides programs that evaluate an individual's capacity for self-care and his or her ability to function independently in the context of everyday living and which, where necessary, may recommend rehabilitative services (e.g., independent living skills instruction), supportive services (e.g., attendant care, personal care or home health care), or an alternative residential setting (e.g., an assisted living center or nursing facility).

Receives applications for TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) program provides temporary financial assistance to help pay for food, shelter and utilities. Also, may include GED preparation, vocational training, post secondary education, vocational rehabilitation, classes in basic English, help with childcare and work stipends.

Assists residents with insulin injections, medication administration, monthly IM injections, ophthalmologist, podiatrist, primary care physician, psychiatrist, x-rays and lab work, nursing care, laundry, pharmacy, planned activities and therapeutic diets.

Skilled nursing facility: Services include physical and hydro therapy; occupational, recreational and speech therapies; dental and eye care; social services; counseling.
