The purpose of the MO HealthNet program is to provide medical services to persons who meet certain eligibility requirements as determined by FSD. Populations served include persons with disabilities, autism, other spectrum disorders, arthritis, asthma, cerebral palsy, cleft palate, cystic fibrosis and other physical, mental, emotional and neurological illnesses.

Care Connection for Aging Services and Vernon County Senior Center provide a volunteer transportation service for older adults who need access to medical appointments and other essential services.
