Bus transportation available for enrolled students living in the school districts of Joplin area, limited to Jasper County, McDonald County services are in-home and others can be served in the Tri-state area if transported by parents.

Volunteer Fire and Rescue Service.

Offers a wide variety of medical equipment and supplies. Supplies and equipment include but are not limited to: Cpap and Bipap machines, oxygen, nebulizers, hospital beds, scooters, wheelchairs, walkers, fracture boots, cast shoes, bath seats and benches, etc. Supplies are available for rental or sale.

Senior center proves meals and recreational activities.

Immunizations are given for the following diseases: Diphtheria, Pertussis/Tetanus, Td, Polio, Measles, Mumps/Rubella, HIB, Hep B, Varicella, Prevnar, Hep A, Influenza, and Meningococcal.

Provides a public library

Providing services and basic needs (including beds, backpacks and other items) for kinship, foster and adoptive families; as well as support for older youth ages 17-26 with foster care history. Financial assistance can be offered if clients meet eligibility.

Serum screenings ordered by a physician are offered at reduced charge.

Accepts donations of home medical equipment, in good working condition. Devices include, but are not limited to, shower chairs, grab bars, toilet seats, portable commodes, wheelchair ramps, seating cushions, back supports and positioning devices, dressing aids, van lifts and stair lifts.

The HPV (human papillomavirus) vaccine is provided free of charge to children who are not covered by adequate insurance or who do not qualify for Missouri's free Vaccines For Children (VFC) program.

Provides counseling for residents of the state-licensed treatment facility for boys in the state of Missouri and young men aging out of the foster care system.

Supporting clients of Places For People with gaining and keeping jobs.

Accepts a wide variety of donations that are not in need of repair; donations may be sold to raise money for programs; donation pick-up can be arranged; call for details.

Offers information, investigation, research, supplemental education, recreation, book, periodical and recording loans, references and voter registration.
