Intensive Family Reunification Services: Phase 1 - A family reunification specialist works directly with family members for the first 30 days, focus is ensuring safety in the home and the reintegration of the children back into the family home. Phase 2 - Family intensive services for up to eight to 10 hours a week for six to eight weeks. Phase 3 - 90 day end-to-end services are provided to ensure continued stability of the family.

Kennett office offers inpatient treatment program.

Providing a variety of services that address problems students may be having at home or in the community that are negatively affecting their performance in school.

Assists families with their gas bills.

• Accepting applications for the general public starting November 1st-May 31st or until funds are depleted, (no pledges will be made until Dec 1, 2019)

Accepts a wide variety of donations that are not in need of repair; donations may be sold to raise money for programs; donation pick-up can be arranged; call for details.

Accepts donations of home medical equipment, in good working condition. Devices include, but are not limited to, shower chairs, grab bars, toilet seats, portable commodes, wheelchair ramps, seating cushions, back supports and positioning devices, dressing aids, van lifts and stair lifts.

Provides a warming center during extreme cold temperatures

Specialized treatment programs for person who suffer from co-occurring psychiatric and substance abuse problems.

Offers parenting skills classes that cover topics such as nutrition, business, personal budgeting, gardening, babysitting, and more.

Provides a food pantry.

Provide lead poisoning screening if children are at risk of lead poisoning.

Offers gynecological exams, pregnancy tests, PAP smears, breast exams, emergency and low-cost contraceptives, STD screening and treatment, and the HPV vaccine. Specially-trained nurse practitioners and physicians provide health exams in a pleasant and confidential atmosphere.

The purpose of the MO HealthNet program is to provide medical services to persons who meet certain eligibility requirements as determined by FSD. The goals of the MO HealthNet program are to promote good health, to prevent illness and premature death, to correct or limit disability, to treat illness, and to provide rehabilitation to persons with disabilities. Eligible persons receive a "MO HealthNet Identification Card" or a letter from the local FSD office. The Family Support Division (FSD) determines client eligibility for the MO HealthNet program: the MO HealthNet Division administers the MO HealthNet program including establishment of benefit coverage, rates, claims processing, and all other aspects of daily operations.

Utility Assistance is available for electric service and propane. Please call for additional details. Bill must be in client's name. ONLY for clients in the Rolla, Edgar Springs and Newburg School Districts.

Medicaid Fraud Control Unit: Can report Medicaid fraud, abuse and neglect.

Provides parent meetings on a topics such as common eye conditions, issues pertaining to feeding, behavior challenges, transition to preschool and more; as needed or by request.
