• Independent Supported Living Arrangement: Supports individuals with developmental disabilities who are living on their own and generally need 10 hours or less of support a week in order to maintain independence. • Shared Living: Through this program, individuals with developmental disabilities live with a chosen companion who provides an opportunity to build social skills, independence and companionship. Companions provide 24/7 guidance, ensure individual eats healthy meals and takes medication. Companions are carefully screened, trained and evaluated regularly.

The purpose of the MO HealthNet program is to provide medical services to persons who meet certain eligibility requirements as determined by FSD. The goals of the MO HealthNet program are to promote good health, to prevent illness and premature death, to correct or limit disability, to treat illness, and to provide rehabilitation to persons with disabilities. Eligible persons receive a "MO HealthNet Identification Card" or a letter from the local FSD office. The Family Support Division (FSD) determines client eligibility for the MO HealthNet program: the MO HealthNet Division administers the MO HealthNet program including establishment of benefit coverage, rates, claims processing, and all other aspects of daily operations.
