Accepts a wide range of donations that are not in need of repair; some donations are sold as a way to earn money for the program; automobiles in good condition that are accepted as donations would be sold; the food pantry may use a donated truck in good condition.

Provides assistance with job preparation and training and helps individuals find secure full-time employment; cash assistance is time-limited; any month in which a parent/caretaker receives a cash grant from any state will count toward their 60-month time limit.
