Our Community-Based Program matches youth with adult mentors who meet regularly in the community to build strong, consistent one-to-one relationships through shared activities and experiences. In addition, our School-Based Program is currently in a pilot phase, offering mentoring that takes place during the school day in a school setting, allowing us to expand access to mentorship and explore new ways to support youth where they already are.

Provides tuberculosis screenings for employment, personal requests, physician requests or court order requests.

Provides meal preparation and dishes, bed making and changing linens, bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, transfer and positioning, toileting, dietary and feeding.

Family-centered Services are provided to families and children in their own homes when a child abuse or neglect investigation/family assessment response determination is preponderance of evidence, unsubstantiated-preventive services indicated, or services needed. These services are also provided to families who voluntarily seek help. Family-centered Services include a range of treatment and support services and are provided, as appropriate to the case treatment plan.

Utility Assistance: Provides assistance to low-income individuals for propane, wood and natural gas assistance. Partial payments are made to avoid utility cut-offs.

Provides light housekeeping services for the senior citizens.

Provides food pantry services to those in need, once a month.

Travel Club: Provides outings and recreational trips for seniors.

Provides smoking cessation support and information.

Provides direct supervision of probation and parole to reduce re-incarceration of individuals with behavioral health conditions.

Food Stamp Program: Each participating household receives a Missouri Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) card to purchase any food and food products including seeds and plants to grow food. The SkillUP Program: Offers Food Stamp recipients in Missouri the opportunity to gain skills, training and work experience.

Provides programs including Financial Literacy, Credit Repair and First Time Home Buying.

Parents Learning Together (PLT): Helps parents with developmental disabilities learn the skills necessary to safely and successfully raise their children.

Provides sexually transmitted disease screening.

4-H is about young people making new friends and memories while preparing to be future leaders - from both rural and urban areas! The 4-H model has been incorporated into a variety of programs to help meet the needs of today's youth and to enrich our communities.

The Child Care Subsidy Program: Helps eligible parents with the cost of child care while they are working or trying to gain employment.

Assists families in gaining knowledge that will prepare them to handle the everyday problems associated with maintaining a home, a family, an education, and a job. Connect senior citizens with IT skills.

The Missouri Board of Probation and Parole, as an essential part of the criminal justice system, is to provide for the professional assessment and release of offenders and their supervision in the community, using appropriate treatment, sanctions, and controls, with the primary consideration being promotion of public safety.

Case Management: Provides assessment of the clients needs and then initiates and monitors appropriate services as needed.

The Missouri Child Care Subsidy Program provides eligible families assistance with the cost of child care.

Catholic Committee on Girl Scouts: Provides various services in support of youth programs such as newsletters, educational materials, leadership training, workshops, seminars, retreats, conferences, etc.

Provides immunizations, communicable disease follow-up, environmental inspections, health safety education and school health.
