Rosati IRTS is a housing program, where clients are referred through BJC Behavioral health and / or CMH in St. Louis City or county. Assist clients with ongoing housing support, who have Mental health diagnoses and ( or) Substance use history. Clients for this program are deemed needing daily on site supports and interventions surrounding medication management, life skills assistance, and basic ADL assistance. Supportive housing and wrap around services are provided to clients.
