Transformational Housing Program: Provides unhoused families with supportive services such as temporary housing, case management, counseling, budgeting skills, household management skills and more.

Services available include Medicaid temporary card, maternal and child health programs, screenings such as blood pressure, blood sugar, STD, Hepatitis B and cholesterol, case management for prenatals/lead, birth/death certificates, home health (including skilled nursing, physical, occupational and speech therapy, and nursing aides), public health visits, child care nurse consultations and child care inspections.

Court Based Rental Assistance Program/CBRAP provides funding to Illinois tenants and Housing Providers who have pending cases in eviction court. Applicants may qualify for up to $15,000 in rental assistance for past due rent and 2 months of future rent payments.

Provides assistance in getting housekeeping and respite services for seniors through various agencies in the area; these services are provided to help keep the Seniors living independently for as long as possible.

• Family-to-Family Class: A free 8-session class for families, partners, and friends of individuals with a mental health condition. The course is designed to facilitate a better understanding of mental health conditions, increase coping skills and empower participants to become advocates for their family members.

• Family & Friends Seminar: A free two-hour seminar that informs people who have loved ones with a mental health condition how to best support them. Topics include, understanding diagnoses, treatment, and recovery, effective communication strategies, and community resources.

• Get to Know NAMI St. Louis Presentation: A free 60-minute presentation that can be offered anywhere in the community, or virtually, to spread the word about what NAMI St. Louis does and how it serves the St. Louis region.

• In Our Own Voice Presentation: A free 90-minute presentation by speakers who share personal testimonies of living with and overcoming the challenges posed by having a mental health condition. By broadening people’s knowledge of mental health conditions, we replace misunderstanding, fear, and judgment with insight, awareness, and acceptance. The presentation can be adapted to meet the special needs of the audience upon request.

• Mental Health in the Workplace Presentation: A free 90-minute presentation in which employers and employees can learn about mental health and ways to support their colleagues. Employers can be a great resource to their employees by providing opportunities for education, creating a mentally healthy workplace and supporting their employees who are living with a mental health condition.

• Peer-to-Peer Class: A free 8-session educational program for adults with mental health conditions who are looking to understand themselves and their recovery better. Taught by trained leaders with lived experience, this program includes activities, discussions, and informative videos.

• Provider Seminar: A free 4-hour workshop taught by a team consisting of an adult with a mental health condition, a family member and a mental health professional who is also a family member or has a mental health condition themselves. Provider introduces mental health professionals to the unique perspectives of people with mental health conditions and their families, helping them to develop enhanced empathy for their daily challenges and recognize the importance of including them in all aspects of the treatment process.

• Sharing Hope Initiative: A free three-part conversation series specifically for the Black/African American community, designed to introduce safe discussions on mental health and wellness within the Black/African American community, facilitated by those of the Black/African American descent.

School based prevention education program focusing on building skills in assertiveness, communication, and decision making to decrease the likelihood a child will become a victim of sexual assault. Also, provides community education to raise awareness about topics related to sexual violence.
