Broadway Transportation provides door-to-door transportation to sheltered workshops and day programs for individuals who are unable to use public transportation.

Infant/Child Care: Provides health screening and immunization services for infants and toddlers to ensure their physical well-being and healthy development.

Provides substance use disorder and alcohol treatment services to both adults and adolescents experiencing substance and/or alcohol addiction.

Provides information and referrals to area residents who are in need of other resources.

Youth Exploring Science (YES): Teens engage in Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics (STEAM) projects in an informal learning environment, facilitating science events and participating in internships.

Offers free or reduced-cost mammograms to eligible Missouri women.

Family-centered Services are provided to families and children in their own homes when a child abuse or neglect investigation/family assessment response determination is preponderance of evidence, unsubstantiated-preventive services indicated, or services needed. These services are also provided to families who voluntarily seek help. Family-centered Services include a range of treatment and support services and are provided, as appropriate to the case treatment plan.

Provides the following services: develops local disaster plans and, during times of disasters, gathers disaster information and assists and supports various agencies; also acts as local contact for American Red Cross, Salvation Army, National Weather Service, and other agencies that provide disaster resources.

Primary care for every family member, services include treatment and management for high blood pressure.

Provides glaucoma screening.

Provides home health aide services.

Provides outreach and education regarding Medicare and Medicare fraud and abuse.
