The purpose of the MO HealthNet program is to provide medical services to persons who meet certain eligibility requirements as determined by FSD. The goals of the MO HealthNet program are to promote good health, to prevent illness and premature death, to correct or limit disability, to treat illness, and to provide rehabilitation to persons with disabilities. Eligible persons receive a "MO HealthNet Identification Card" or a letter from the local FSD office. The Family Support Division (FSD) determines client eligibility for the MO HealthNet program: the MO HealthNet Division administers the MO HealthNet program including establishment of benefit coverage, rates, claims processing, and all other aspects of daily operations.

Sleep Disorder Center: Program utilizes an outpatient sleep laboratory with board-certified sleep physicians and experienced staff that monitor patient's sleeping patterns, evaluate the symptoms and treat the sleep disorder.

• ACCESS Program: Assists individuals who are survivors of intimate partner violence with employment.

Medicare is a federal medical program that provides health coverage for individuals age 65 and older or those with a disability.

Provides STD screening/testing.

Offers nutritious hot meals at senior center.

Accepts donations of art supplies for classroom use.

Grants available to individuals with disabilities who need assistance in obtaining goods or services not covered by public benefits such as Medicaid.

Providing a drop-off location for over-the-counter and prescription drugs and opioids.

Provides assistance with minor home repairs to reduce energy costs and/or improve living conditions. Services might include install digital thermostat, screen doors, or repair an existing equipment. Can assist when grant funds are available.

Utility Assistance: Provides assistance to low-income individuals for water bill assistance. Partial payments are made to avoid utility cut-offs.

Provides free Narcan kits.
