The purpose of the MO HealthNet program is to provide medical services to persons who meet certain eligibility requirements as determined by FSD. The goals of the MO HealthNet program are to promote good health, to prevent illness and premature death, to correct or limit disability, to treat illness, and to provide rehabilitation to persons with disabilities. Eligible persons receive a "MO HealthNet Identification Card" or a letter from the local FSD office. The Family Support Division (FSD) determines client eligibility for the MO HealthNet program: the MO HealthNet Division administers the MO HealthNet program including establishment of benefit coverage, rates, claims processing, and all other aspects of daily operations.

Department of Housing and Asset Development: Down Payment Assistance: Residents who live in St. Louis City/County are eligible to receive up to $3,000 in grant money to pay for their down payment or closing cost on their first home. In addition, residents who live in Jefferson County, O'Fallon and Wentzville are eligible to receive up to $1,000 in grant money to pay for their down payment or closing cost on the first home.

Provides in-home health aide services assisting with personal care, medicinal support and daily daily activities, includes household cleaning, laundry, cooking, bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, ostomy, catheter, respite and diabetes care, medicine management and passive range of motion assistance.

This program helps detect breast & cervical cancers in their earliest stages when they are easiest to treat. Free mammograms & pap tests will be provided to women who meet income and age requirements. Other services for women are offered at this sight.
