Equipment Loan Program: Provide consumers with temporary equipment loan for daily living, such as, but not limited to walkers, wheelchairs, shower chairs, transfer bench and commodes. The equipment is loaned on a short-term basis.

Family-centered Services include a range of treatment and support services and are provided, as appropriate to the case treatment plan.
