MoRx was created by the 93rd General Assembly to coordinate benefits with Medicare's (Part D) Prescription Drug Program, and to provide additional assistance for prescription drug costs to Missourians in need. MoRx pays for 50% of members' out of pocket costs remaining after their Medicare Prescription Drug Plan pays. It pays for 50% of the deductible, 50% of the co-pays before the coverage gap, 50% of the coverage gap, and 50% of co-pays in the catastrophic coverage. MoRx does not pay for the Medicare Part D Plan's monthly premium. MoRx uses the formulary of the Medicare Prescription Drug Plans. Any drug covered by a member's Medicare Drug Plan will also be covered by the MoRx plan. MoRx works with all Medicare Prescription Drug Plans. Dual eligible members will continue to have coverage for Medicare-excluded drugs through MO HealthNet. Medicare-excluded drugs include specific over-the-counter drugs, vitamins, minerals, limited cough and cold drugs, benzodiazepines and barbiturates as they are currently covered by MO HealthNet, as noted on the MO HealthNet Division Pharmacy pages. Extra help with paying for Medicare Part D costs is available from the Social Security Administration (SSA) for individuals with low income and limited assets. All dual eligibles automatically qualify for the extra help in paying for their premiums and co-pays. Other individuals may submit an application for extra help to the SSA.

Member based program providing various activities to children and youth. Programs are offered in character and leadership development, education and career development, health and life skills, arts, sports, fitness and recreation.

Offers an activity center for individuals with developmental disabilities including daily living skills instruction, basic education, recreational and social activities, exercises and more.

Responsible for the control and extinction of fires in urban or wilderness areas

Early Head Start: Offers early education, health, mental health, nutrition and social services.

Accepts donations of toner cartridge that are not in need of repair. A donation pick-up service is not available.

Responsible for the coordination of emergency management activities including planning, preparedness, response and recovery. Serve as the central point of contact for reporting emergency/disaster incidents in Reynolds County.

Provides a support group for gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered youth.

Provides assistance in getting housekeeping and respite services for seniors through various agencies in the area; these services are provided to help keep the Seniors living independently for as long as possible.

Programs to help individuals start and maintain their own home garden.

• Independent Supported Living Arrangements: Supports individuals with developmental disabilities who are living on their own and generally need 10 hours or less support a week in order to maintain independence. Supports may include locating and securing housing, health and safety, money management, budgeting, banking, personal care, home maintenance, nutrition and meal planning, social skills and developing natural supports.

• Shared Living: Through this program, individuals with developmental disabilities live with a chosen companion who provides an opportunity to build social skills, independence and companionship. Companions provide 24/7 guidance, ensure individual eats healthy meals and takes medication. Companions are carefully screened, trained and evaluated regularly.
