The Division of Comprehensive Psychiatric Services divides Missouri into 25 service areas. Each area has a Community Mental Health Center which provides psychiatric services to individuals in need; and is designated as the division's Administrative Agent. These Administrative Agents serve as the primary entry and exit point for state mental health services.

Provides services such as recreation/leisure skill development, transportation, medication monitoring, money management, employment/vocational training and more.

Serves as an advocate for child victims of abuse and non-offending caretaker. Conducts legally sound, research based, neutral, unbiased interview of abused children.

Distributes food boxes including shelf stable food items to those in need.

Health screenings are provided for the following: Cardiovascular, Sexually Transmitted Diseases and HIV, Diabetes, Lead, and tuberculosis. Other screenings available upon request.

National Suicide Prevention Lifeline: Provides crisis counseling and mental health referrals to individuals experiencing suicidal thoughts or emotional distress.

Responsible for coordinating governmental offices during natural and man-made disasters and for the coordination of emergency management activities including planning, preparedness, response and recovery. Serve as the central point of contact for reporting emergency/disaster incidents in Adair County, Missouri.

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy: Provides in-home or community-based therapy which identifies areas of weakness or inappropriate behaviors to decrease and socially appropriate replacement behaviors to increase for individuals with autism.

Providing a family meal box including dry goods and canned goods, to individuals/families in need. Curbside and drive through Pickup.

Offers gynecological exams, pregnancy tests, PAP smears, breast exams, emergency and low-cost contraceptives, STD screening and treatment, and the HPV vaccine. Specially-trained nurse practitioners and physicians provide health exams in a pleasant and confidential atmosphere.

Provides individualized evaluations including treating and healing the side effects of traumatic brain injury (TBI) or stroke. Services include Respiratory therapy, Pharmacy services, Physical therapy, Occupational therapy and Speech therapy.

Life Skills Classes: Offers general life skills classes in budgeting, home-ownership, building strong families, nutrition, self-esteem and more.

A twelve-month residential recovery center for women with drug and alcohol addictions. Recovery revolves around focused counseling and studies to help students overcome addictive behaviors. Students participate in life and work skills programs that will prepare them for life after their year with Primrose Hill. Parenting programs that focus on developing parenting sills using curriculum counseling, and hands-on interaction between child and mother. Students with young children (nine years and younger) are encouraged to bring them to live at the center. Preschool and child development programs are available. Children of students are provided with a safe, friendly, stable environment while offering age-appropriate education and life skills.

Professional Counseling Solutions: Provides counseling services to families to learn skills to cope and manage stress. Telehealth and in person services available.

Professional service to children by matching them with an adult volunteer who serves as a role model and companion.

Provides various arts and crafts activities and exercise groups and equipment.

Accepts several kinds of donations that are not in need of repair; donations may be sold as a way to earn money for the program; a donation pick-up service is not available.
