The purpose of the MO HealthNet program is to provide medical services to persons who meet certain eligibility requirements as determined by FSD. The goals of the MO HealthNet program are to promote good health, to prevent illness and premature death, to correct or limit disability, to treat illness, and to provide rehabilitation to persons with disabilities. Eligible persons receive a "MO HealthNet Identification Card" or a letter from the local FSD office. The Family Support Division (FSD) determines client eligibility for the MO HealthNet program: the MO HealthNet Division administers the MO HealthNet program including establishment of benefit coverage, rates, claims processing, and all other aspects of daily operations.

Capable Kids & Families: PEAK Program lends adaptive equipment to elementary physical education classes to enable children with special needs to more fully participate in physical education classes.

Provides follow-up services to individuals testing positive for all reported communicable diseases per Centers for Disease Control guidelines

Provides meals to individuals in need.

Provides clothing vouchers to the St. Vincent DePaul thrift store to those who are unable to purchase clothing on their own.

Provides food to low-income individual and families.

Provides legal services to eligible individuals with disabilities to enforce rights under mental health or related laws, primarily in involuntary admission or involuntary treatment hearings.

The Born Learning Trail is a fun, interactive series of outdoor games that helps adults and young children explore and learn together. Thje Trail offers activities that build language and thinking skills fundamental to a child's success in school and life. Featuring 10 fun outdoor games on signs, the Trail engages children and their families.

Utility Assistance: Provides assistance to low-income individuals for electric bill assistance. Partial payments are made to avoid utility cut-offs.

Provides a Children’s Ministry to help educate, guide and encourage children in their relationship with Jesus Christ.

Volunteers deliver hot noon meals to homebound individuals,, senior citizens and individuals with disabilities in St. Louis City/County, Missouri.

Provides diapers/Pull-Ups and baby wipes. Overnights may be available

Provides Government Subsidized Prescription Drug Benefits - MoRx: coordinates benefits with Medicare's (Part D) Prescription Drug Program and provides additional assistance for prescription drug costs to Missourians in need.

Individuals or families needing to place their child(ren) into foster care should contact the office to discuss options. Also receives and reviews applications for families who would like to adopt or foster a child(ren)

Provides programs that evaluate an individual's capacity for self-care and his or her ability to function independently in the context of everyday living and which, where necessary, may recommend rehabilitative services (e.g., independent living skills instruction), supportive services (e.g., attendant care, personal care or home health care), or an alternative residential setting (e.g., an assisted living center or nursing facility).

Offering in-home long term health care services, includes nursing, physical, occupational and speech therapies. Employees are pre-screened for COVID-19 every single day prior to the start of any patient visits or reporting to work in any capacity.
