Employment services supports the job applicant in refining the tools needed to obtain and maintain employment- employment preparation and job development. Through career counseling, a balance is promoted between the personal, social and vocational aspects of life. Individualized instruction facilitates the matching of interests, skills and experiences with employer needs. Program length is determined by individual need.
