Assist individuals with developmental disabilities develop skills necessary to succeed in employment. Services include communication skills, following directions, problem solving skills and more.

This one year training program helps individuals build employment skills such as: interviewing techniques, how to complete a job application and developing a relationship with supervisors and coworkers. Geared for individuals with developmental disabilities who are 18 years and older.

SAVE: Provides training in vocational employment and living skills.

Provides pre vocational training where habilitative goals are developed to address communication in the workplace, ability to follow tasks and directions, workplace problem solving and safety. Career planning is also addressed through job exploration, job shadowing, assessment of interests

OAI provides various employment preparation and job training skills to eligible applicants: search/placement, on the job training, retraining, work experience, interview training, job readiness, resume preparation and prevocational training.

Building Employment Skills Training (BEST): Works with individuals to help equip individuals with important job and workplace skills and to develop the confidence needed to succeed in the workforce. This program is individualized and the area of focus varies from person to person. Skills worked on may include: interpersonal skills such as communication, social awareness, team work, accepting criticism, and professional etiquette. Additional areas which are addressed include building stamina and increasing speed.

- Pre-Vocational Training: Assists with resume-writing, developing interview skills, money-handling and accessing transportation. - Project SEARCH: A nine month program in which young adults develop work skills within a community business. Participants learn through classroom instruction, career exploration and hands-on internships.

Provides prevocational training.

Employment services provides supports to adults with disabilities to obtain and maintain competitive integrated jobs in in the community. Services may include discovery/exploration, job development/placement, on the job training, long-term retention supports and pre-vocational training.

Transition from School to Adult Life, Assessment, Development, Placement, Job coaching and Follow along.

Ready 2 Work Academy: Students in the class will explore and identify their passions, learn about opportunities, practice employment skills and learn how to apply for a job. Ready 2 Work Jr. Academy: Helping students in high school get a start on job-readiness for post-graduation. Program may include volunteer work and internships. Also offers summer classes, job-site visits and one-on-one mentoring.

Provides job training and work experiences to individuals with autism spectrum disorder, to teach individual skills necessary to succeed in paid community employment. Skills addressed are task focus, task completion, productivity, work quality, social concepts within the workplace, attendance, punctuality, problem solving and work safety.

Offers classes in vocational training.

Groups services will offer individuals the opportunity to participate on the cleaning crew, while being paid during training. Individual services will offer one-on-one training at a site developed in the community, individuals in this program will not be paid during services. These services are time limited to six months.

Helps people with disabilities prepare for success through evaluation of career interests and customized job training in industries that include but are not limited to clerical, customer service, food service, housekeeping, laundry/linen service, manufacturing, retail service, warehouse shipping and receiving.
