Job Finding Assistance | Fathers & Families Support Center

Employment Development and Mentoring Program: Provides employment preparation and job placement services to prepare fathers to become responsible adults and to reconnect fathers with their children and families. Clients participate for one year administered in two phases. Phase I is a 6-week classroom training program. Phase II is extensive case management and follow-up for one year.

Provides comprehensive programs and services to help participants, 18 years and older, become better parents in order to improve positive outcomes for their children and families and advocate for promotion of social and attitudinal change that leads to committed, cohesive family relationships. Programs include child abuse prevention, child custody/visitation assistance, child support information, job finding assistance, parenting skills classes, life skills, peer support, and parent counseling.
