Provides assistance to individuals with disabilities to live independent within the communities of their choice. Services include Home Modification Consultation, Self Advocacy Support, Specialized Telecommunications Equipment, Assistive Technology Equipment Loan, Centers for Independent Living, Independent Living Skills Instruction, Benefits Screening, and Health/Disability Related Support Groups.
