  • Income guidelines apply
-Must not have any working air conditioning in their home
  • One individual in the household must be a senior citizen, disabled or have a chronic illness
  • Must apply for LIHEAP and Weatherization at the time of application for an Air Conditioner unit

Required documents

  • Medical Statement
  • Social Security Card for all household members
  • Proof of Income for the previous month for all household members
  • Utility Bills
  • State Identification Card (ID) for all household members
