Eligibility

Eligible individuals must have served in the military, have anything other than a dishonorable discharge, be experiencing homelessness or are at imminent risk of homelessness, must be below 50% of the Area Median Income

- Photo ID - DD-214/VA Card (proof of Veteran status) - Proof of income and housing status also required for Shelter and Rapid Rehousing programs
