Eligibility
Propane payments not exceeding $850 per household may be granted to households who meets the following criteria
The propane tank is filled at less than 20% capacity
The household has maximized the available increased LIHEAP funds
Maximized available LIHEAP grant corroboration by local Community Action Agency
Must meet income guidelines, call for details
Must live in service area and be able to show need
