Provides independent, non-residential living services to persons with disabilities who reside in Missouri. Provides home modification, disability-related transportation, advocacy, activities of daily living, wheelchairs/wheeled mobility, independent living skills, home nursing, homemaker assistance, personal care, adult in-home respite care, and a center for independent living.
