Required documents

  • social security card for each member of the household (if a family member does not currently have a social security card, a letter from the Social Security Administration stating that a social security card has been applied for will suffice. NO OTHER SUBSTITUTION WILL BE PERMITTED)
  • picture ID for the person applying to the food pantry
  • proof of income for each member of the household (current year payroll stub, disability or social security statement)
  • proof of residence (a lease or utility bill with the applicants name AND current address). FOOD ORDERS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED WITHOUT PROPER DOCUMENTATION.
