Neighborhood Centers work with families and individuals to help them achieve self-sufficiency and stability. Services include emergency assistance, food vouchers, mortgage payment assistance, rent payment assistance, electric payment assistance, gas service payment assistance, heating fuel payment assistance, tax preparation, Life Skills workshops, one-on-one Family Support and Targeted Coaching and referrals to OACAC programs and other community programs. Funds are used to provide rent or mortgage assistance, utility bill assistance, tax preparation assistance, and a variety of other needs.
