Application process
- Please Call To Schedule An Appointment or Go Online To Complete Application. - Once you have been accepted into the Eviction Mediation Program, your court case may be put on hold until the mediation process has been completed, however the eviction process can vary from area to area. - In order to complete the mediation process, both landlords and tenants will be required to attend at least one pre-mediation session. If at the end of the session, both parties have come to an agreement on all issues, then the eviction process will end with mediation. If no agreement is reached, then the parties will continue through the eviction process at Court. - If you cannot attend your pre-mediation session, or any other scheduled mediation session, you must contact the Eviction Mediation Program.
