Provides services including, but not limited to, Birth and Death records, vaccine information, vaccines, immunizations. Provides screenings including Blood Pressure, Hepatitis, HIV, Diabetes, STDs, Vision, Hearing and Tuberculosis. Provides pregnancy testing, pre-natal care, home nursing, adult in-home respite care and homemaker assistance. Provides safety programs including Food Safety, Bicycle Safety, Personal Safety, and Child Passenger Safety. Also provides Mammograms, breast exams, Pap tests, and general health education programs.
