Programs include non-emergency medical transportation, senior ride programs, local transit passes, home delivered meals, elderly/disabled home rental listings, fans, property tax rebate information, rent rebate/tax credit information, tax preparation assistance, telephone reassurance, general minor home repair programs, general yard work, housekeeping assistance, personal care, general benefits assistance, nursing facility referrals, Certified Application Counselor Programs, Senior Community Service Employment Programs, senior advocacy groups, functional needs registries, and specialized Information and Referral.
