Lutheran Family and Children’s Services of Missouri (LFCS) is a statewide, nonprofit organization dedicated to providing essential social services, including mental health support, foster care, adoption, pregnancy support, and parenting education. Services include Pregnancy Counseling, Adoption Evaluation/Placement, Adoptive Home Studies, Case/Care Management, Teen Expectant/New Parent Assistance, Home Based Parenting Education, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Conjoint Counseling, Family Counseling, Individual Counseling, Adolescent/Youth Counseling, and Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders Treatment.
