Provides birth certificates, death related records/permits, public facility health inspections, restaurant/food sanitation, blood pressure screening, breast examinations, mammograms, pap tests, cholesterol/triglycerides tests, diabetes screenings, vision screenings, hearing screenings, HIV tests, hypoglycemia screening, lead poisoning screening, sexually transmitted disease screening, tuberculosis screening, breast self exam instruction, birth control counseling, pregnancy testing, breastfeeding support programs, childhood immunizations, flu vaccines, general immunizations, HPV immunizations and meningitis immunizations.
