  • Missouri residents age 65 and over
  • Income of $17,000 of less as individual or $25,000 or less as a couple
  • Must live in Missouri min. of 1 year prior to enrolling
  • Females served, ages 65 to 150. Males served, ages 65 to 150

  • Picture ID or license
  • Statement from pharmacy showing last years cost

MoRx was created by the 93rd General Assembly to coordinate benefits with Medicare's (Part D) Prescription Drug Program, and to provide additional assistance for prescription drug costs to Missourians in need. Services include Medicare information/counseling, health insurance premium assistance, government subsidized prescription drug benefits, Medicaid applications, Medicaid appeals/complaints, Medicare appeals/complaints, Medicare enrollment, children’s state/local health insurance programs, and case/care management.
